Steph Davis - Rock Climber
Vegan Steph Davis is a real life spiderman and no
coincidence that like Toby Maguire who brought the Hollywood spiderman to
life, she says she owes her success to a vegan diet. Steph Davis who
lives part of the year in Yosemite and part in Moab, Utah, is one of the
top rock climbers in the world, and the second of only two women to solo
climb Yosemite's El Capitan. and yes those are trees in the photo (a
very very long way down)

Gemma Miller and Ben Mills - long distance walkers
Gemma and Ben are undertaking a 190 mile sponsored walk from one coast of Britain to another to raise money for St. Francis Animal Welfare. They are aiming to do this 2 week walk in just 8 days. - Ben took a number of health and fitness tests, including cholesterol levels, blood pressure and body fat percentage after switching to a vegan diet and will be repeating them 6 months later in order to compare the results
